experience in areas such as finance, economic development, and telecom distribution and manufacturing. As Vice President of Market and Member Services, Michael will be responsible for promotional plans and corporate initiatives to achieve the company’s goals and growth objectives. I look forward to further developing key relationships in the areas of cooperatives, education, government and industry.  My approach in working with various community and business leaders has proven successful and I expect to influence growth and encourage retention for the FOCs with my team,” comments Foor.
