As part of NGN’s commitment to providing world-class support to its customers, the NOC team recently attended a two-day training on Infinera DWDM digital networking systems. The training was key in providing NGN’s NOC team with a more comprehensive understanding of the Infinera provisioning and emergency response process.
“It is important that NGN’s network operations team members constantly expand their skill set with the latest developments from our technology partners,” says David Little, vice president of network operations for NGN. “The training that we received from Infinera will prove valuable to the support services that we provide our customers.”
