NOTICE: Annual Meeting of the Members

Notice is hereby given that the Third Annual Meeting of the Members of Georgia Communications Cooperative, Inc. DBA NGN Connect will be held on:

The terms of Directors Paul Belk and Daniel Frizzell will expire at this Annual Meeting. In addition, the Board of Directors has agreed to add two Outside Director positions in accordance with the Bylaws. Therefore, during the business session, four directors will be elected for a three-year term beginning November 13, 2015. The Nominating Committee met and has nominated the following as official candidates for the Board of Directors:
