Clarkesville, GA – January 20, 2016 – NGN, a member-owned cooperative operating over 1,600 miles of fiber optic infrastructure in North Georgia, is proud to announce the newest additions to the growing list of strategic partners for the Education Exchange, Georgia’s only regional 10-gigabit private cloud for exclusive use by school systems. New partners include the Center for Puppetry Arts, Field Trip Zoom, interact Solution and Life’s Time Capsule. Education Exchange partners provide school administrators with innovative resources that help them oversee education standards and student achievement, while providing teachers with the tools they need to expand curriculum in new and engaging ways.

The Center for Puppetry Arts’ award-winning Distance Learning workshops incorporate hands-on puppet-building or related arts instruction to teach curriculum-based topics in science, social studies and language arts, as well as  health, safety, responsibility and sharing.

FieldTrip Zoom provides educators with an online service that allows them to search, order, schedule and connect to hundreds of live interactive programs. These programs provide students with unique learning experiences that align with course curriculum and drive home the in-class materials.

interact Solution is a comprehensive cutting-edge, turn-key online video solution that captures interactions, performance, security and surveillance through supportive video evidence of observable behaviors and actions in the classroom.

Life’s Time Capsule gives schools the opportunity to upload and safely store digital images, videos, voice recordings, personal journal entries and all document types from a desktop or mobile device. Life’s Time Capsule is perfect for teachers who place a priority on staying connected with their students.

“Technology has the ability to truly transform learning in the classroom and our team has worked diligently to align the Education Exchange with ‘best-in-class’ partners to offer schools the educational resources that make the most of their high-speed connections,” states Paul Belk, President & CEO of NGN. “It’s our goal to make the Education Exchange as expansive as possible to empower school administrators and teachers to create an education experience without boundaries.”
