NGN Welcomes James Yonce as Network Operation Center Supervisor

The NGN team is excited to announce the promotion of James Yonce to Network Operations Center (NOC) Supervisor.

James originally joined Blue Ridge Mountain EMC as Technical Support in October 2007 and quickly became a Field Technician specializing in Internet and IPTV service installations. In late 2008, James moved into a field support position troubleshooting Internet, IPTV and VOIP services.

In 2009, he accepted the position of System Administrator for the BRMEMC Network Operations Center (NOC) to support BRMEMC’s Network.  In late 2010, James moved to the NGN Network Operations Center as a System Administrator to help build the NGN network.

James is excited to begin his new role this week.  He will be working out of NGN’s Young Harris office.
