The term of Member Director Charlie Auvermann will expire at this Annual Meeting. In addition, a vacant Member Director position will need to be filled. Therefore, during the business session, two Member Directors will be elected for a three year term beginning November 2, 2016. The Nominating Committee met and has nominated the following as official candidates for the Board of Directors:
