NGN is happy to announce the hire of a new employee:
Kevin Baker will be joining the Network Operations department as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, Kevin will provide technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. He will also handle testing, clean up and basic repair of customer desktops and laptops, and perform device and port provision for field technicians.
Before becoming a part of the NGN team, Kevin worked as an Information Systems Support Analyst for Murphy Medical Center, where he gained a great deal of experience with troubleshooting and providing technical support for the staff. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Liberty University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Tri-County Community College.
